The detailed conditions of staying are defined by the relevant Lease Agreement and Service Agreement, which set out the rights and obligations in detail.
II. RULES FOR THE USE OF THE LEASED PREMISES
1. Rules of stay
- The use of the property is permitted exclusively for the purposes and in the manner specified in the agreements concluded between the Client and Dor-Med Kft.; therefore, every Client is obliged to comply with the rules of proper, intended use. Any use deviating from this shall be deemed a breach of contract and may entail legal consequences.

- When using common areas, every Client must strive to leave order and cleanliness behind, thereby ensuring the comfort of others as well.
2. Rest and noise
- Every Client must refrain from any activity that may unreasonably disturb the rest or well-being of others, especially in the evening hours. In order to ensure calm, quiet and considerate behavior is expected.
- A quiet period applies especially between 22:00 and 06:00, during which no loud activity may be carried out. This period serves the undisturbed coexistence of the community and the rest of the Clients.
- Television, radio, and other sound-emitting devices may only be used at a volume that does not disturb the peace of other Clients. If the use of such devices still causes complaints, reducing the volume or suspending their use is mandatory.

- If the Client notices any malfunction or defect, they must report it to the staff immediately so that the necessary repairs can be carried out in time. The Client bears full responsibility for damages resulting from delayed reporting.
IV. VISITORS
